Car Park: Visitors can park in the Westfield 277 Carpark — entrance via Morrow Street or
Mortimer Pass.

From the North: Come off the motorway at the Gillies Ave turnoff, turn left into Gillies Ave. Turn right into Mortimer Pass and then left into Westfield 277 Carpark entrance.

From the South: Come off the motorway at Market Road turnoff and turn left onto Market Road. Turn right onto Great South Rd. At the end of Great South Road turn Right at the last set of lights onto Broadway. Turn Left down Morrow Street then left into Westfield 277 Carpark entrance.

Note: You can use the separate Office Tower Entrance to the building located on
Broadway, between the Cue and Laura Ashley stores.

Competenz Account Managers

Competenz Account Managers are based in regional offices around the country.

Competenz Account Managers can help you to

  • Assist employers with identifying training needs for apprentices and industry trainees
  • Advise on qualification content and suitability for apprenticeships and traineeships
  • Provide information on apprentice management options
  • Advise on workplace and off job assessment options
  • Facilitate contact with off job training providers
  • Advise on industry contribution for training and on the availability of subsidies
  • Facilitate individual apprentice training agreements
  • Facilitate corporate agreements for industry training programmes
  • Assist with arranging training and ongoing support for apprentices and corporate companies
  • Provide ongoing support for apprentices and trainees
  • Arrange registered workplace assessor training and provide ongoing workplace assessor support
  • Facilitate contact with roving assessors
  • Provide up to date information on trainee and apprentice progress

Competenz Area Managers

  • Lead and support the Account Managers located in each region
  • Promote, develop and manage training programmes for specific industry sector customers
  • Provide high level customisation of industry training programmes
  • Provide strategic advice on the management of training fees and subsidies
  • Provide and develop operational relationship management with industry customers
