5 Step Process

  1. Identify training needs

    • Match employee skills to your process and technology environment
    • Meet customer mandated standards
    • Gain export  or  Government certification
    • Improve employee morale and retention
    • Achieve customer and process KPIs.
  2. Develop a training plan

    We will match your workplace competencies to nationally-recognised standards and qualifications, set timelines and KPIS, and identify any support necessary for trainees with literacy and numeracy issues.

  3. Arrange training

    We will help you establish a relationship with the best training provider for your needs and budget, should one be required.

  4. Provide ongoing support

    • Dedicated Account Managers located in your region with experience in your industry
    • Processes to minimise time spent off the job
    • Training materials/manuals and online status updates
    • Training and mentoring for your team to become Workplace Assessors, or deploying a Roving Assessor
    • Benchmarking and controlling training outcomes and quality.
  5. Make Government subsidies available

    Competenz pays subsidies on the Government’s behalf for each milestone achieved, to incentivise successful completion of training.
