Develop a training plan
We will match your workplace competencies to nationally-recognised standards and qualifications, set timelines and KPIS, and identify any support necessary for trainees with literacy and numeracy issues.

Arrange training
We will help you establish a relationship with the best training provider for your needs and budget, should one be required.

Provide ongoing support
- Dedicated Account Managers located in your region with experience in your industry
- Processes to minimise time spent off the job
- Training materials/manuals and online status updates
- Training and mentoring for your team to become Workplace Assessors, or deploying a Roving Assessor
- Benchmarking and controlling training outcomes and quality.

Make Government subsidies available
Competenz pays subsidies on the Government’s behalf for each milestone achieved, to incentivise successful completion of training.
