During your apprenticeship you will receive training manuals from Competenz. If you have not received your training manuals or you need a replacement set, you can request them here.

Course Dates and Details

Each year an apprentice is entitled to one block course plus either one night class or one correspondence course. Competenz makes arrangements with local and regional polytechnics and training companies to provide training courses for apprentices.  If you have not received a course confirmation letter from Competenz, or would like an update on dates for your next course, you can request them here.

Assessments

You should be completing competency assessment at regular intervals during your apprenticeship. Click here to arrange for an assessor to contact you.

Progress Reports

You should receive progress reports twice a year during your apprenticeship. If you've not received a progress report in the last 12 months, you can request an updated report here.

Send me the Certificate

Completed all the requirements of your apprenticeship? If you haven't received your certificate you can request them here.
