C-Direct

C-Direct is the Competenz online portal which allows companies to view and manage the progress of their trainees and apprentices, and provides access to accurate up-to-date employee training and assessment information.

Employers with access to C-Direct can

• View workplace assessor details such assessment scopes and histories, and individual records of learning

• View, manage and edit their company profile details.

• Access trainee and apprentice progress reports, and credit achievement reports

• View Trainee details such as training programs, records of learning and course registrations.

In order to gain access to C-Direct you need to meet some minimum computer system requirements.
