Complaints / Appeals Process

 

Competenz is committed to dealing with all complaints in a professional, fair and understanding manner.  Any person may lodge an appeal or complaint with Competenz over any matter that we oversee as an ITO.  Examples include (but are not limited to) grievances or appeals relating to:

 

• Assessor registration and accreditation decisions
• Training provider accreditation appeal
• Appeals against outcomes of assessments
• Moderation appeals
• Complaints about the conduct of a staff member of Competenz
• A complaint about the conduct of Competenz registered assessor
