The Competenz senior leadership team (SLT) are based at the Newmarket head office in Auckland.

The role of the Competenz SLT is to provide

• Management of operational resources and organisational functions

• Strategic direction, development and organisational change management

• Management and support of internal operations and quality assurance processes

• Coordination of stakeholder liaison and consultation processes
