Course bookings

Payment and invoicing

We've simplified our fees structure and we'll issue invoices once customers confirm attendance for booked courses. Invoices and statements are issued monthly.

Assessor registration fees have been cancelled to attract more assessors, and we provide support to help assessors and trainers do their job well and give employers confidence in the quality of the national qualifications.
