Traineeships can be customised using combinations of industry specific unit standards. Traineeships are not limited by the trainee's age and the training programmes can be structured to recognise and credit your employee's current competencies and previous learning.

Providing credible outcomesThe learning which makes up an industry traineeship can be assessed off the job or in the workplace by a registered workplace assessor. Credits for specific unit standards can then be accumulated toward a nationally recognised industry qualification.
