FMCG qualifications

This programme ensures merchandisers establish standards of professional practice in customer service and sales support. It will allow your customers in-store to have confidence in the service they receive.

Modules covered include:

  • Positive engagement
  • Core responsibilities
  • Industry compliance

Delivery:
Self-paced learning – $200 per person (includes printing of material).

This programme provides field sales teams the ability to develop and apply fundamental sales techniques. They will also learn how to establish and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with customers.

Modules covered include:
• Understanding your customers & shoppers
• Sales process
• Business performance measures
• Negotiation
• Business ethics and social responsibility
• Personal development plans

Delivery:
You can utilise the Competenz FMCG training material, use an external training provider, or utilise your own company training material – $500 per person.

This programme is for established sales people. It will provide them with the tools to develop strategies for complex sales situations and teach them how to work as partners with their customers.

Modules covered include:
• Customer focus
• Business performance measures
• Category management
• Business development
• Negotiation

Delivery:
You can utilise the Competenz FMCG training material, use an external training provider, or utilise your own company training material – $500 per person.

Other sales qualifications

This programme provides sales teams with the skills to develop and apply fundamental sales techniques. They will also learn how to establish and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with customers.
