When will my account manager/training advisor be coming to visit me again?

You should receive four visits per year from your Competenz contact. Visits are usually spaced evenly throughout the year.

Your Competenz contact may advise you while at a current visit of a specific date for the next visit, or they may advise which month they will be back and then contact you closer to the time to arrange a date.

If you are not sure when your Competenz contact will visit you next, please get in touch with them.
