Cam has always been a very supportive figure to the apprentices, always having the dedication and time to always make himself available to help with any questions or queries, helping to eliminate confusion and provide solutions and a different approach to solving a problem whether it be the misunderstanding of a piece of terminology or checking of an answer through to sitting down for extended periods of time to ensure that we have a full understanding of whatever is unclear as well as teaching helpful strategies for solving problems or working through a problem/question in either practical or theoretical applications in a way that best suits the learner, taking as much time as necessary to provide a valuable teaching experience and providing an approach to learning that makes it easy to follow and understand.I have personally found his assistance incredibly helpful and has enabled me to get a grasp on topics I was having a lot of trouble with such as math's and greatly helping me to advance through my assignments with a new level of understanding of the topics and new learning strategies developed through the process of working with Cam. Cam took as much time as needed to ensure I had a full understanding of the clarifications made with him and that I had the skills and confidence to go away and complete more exercises with the new strategies taught to me through hands on demonstrations and working through learning material such as equations, ensuring to thoroughly go over the material with me and confirming I understand and am able to apply the new learnt information in a competent and correct manner.Cam has always been very approachable always made an effort to provide the time and support for myself and other apprentices sharing valuable skills and knowledge and allowing us to progress through our apprenticeships which is why I would like to nominate Cam Stokman as MVC.
