Before committing to any unit standards, please visit the NZQA website to check you have 'consent to assess'. You will also need to check the pre-requisites (if any).

To do this, click on the NZQA link below, enter your school's name and click the link under the ‘consent to assess’ section. All your applicable unit standards will be listed here.

Pricing for assessment materials 2025

Pricing is based on the number of students reported back to NZQA per unit standard, not the number of downloads. A yearly invoice will be sent to the school in the following year.


Assessment Guide + Model Answers:

20+ learners → $150

Fewer than 20 learners → $75

Important information:

  • Prices do not include GST.
  • Access is valid for one calendar year per unit standard, with annual checks.
  • Printed workbooks, shipping, and handling are at extra costs.
