My name is Ryan Knight, I started my apprenticeship in May 2024. The first year is all learning, understanding and getting on top of assesments and collecting evidence, i found this extremely challenging! Scott started here at work about six month after I did. Scott has an approchable attitude towards helping others and will quite often take time out of his busy day to help me understand or explain other ways of doing the job . Scott has been like a father figure to me at work over the past year, helping me with everything along the way, encouranging me to "BE BETTER, DO BETTER", his motto! which is now stuck in my head . Im now achieving where I need to be with my assesments and evidence all thanks to Scott! I can always rely on Scott to help me out, not just at work but when im studing at home and get stuck on a question he is always happy to awnser the phone and talk me through it. I have alot of support in my workplace but when I think of an MVC Scott takes the win by far!
