Mike is passionate about training our apprentices and takes real pride in seeing them progress. He sets a high standard in everything he does and makes sure those same standards are passed on through his training.He spends the time to teach the right way to do things and explains the reasons behind them, helping the apprentices build confidence and solid technical skills. Mike also sets clear expectations around quality and safety, encouraging the team to think for themselves and take pride in their work.
