When I first stepped into workshop, knowing nothing about the world of fabrication and a bit overwhelmed, Matt Adams was there for me from day one. Showing me the ropes of fabrication and how to master the trade with all his tips and tricks. Even after making a mistake in the trade, Matt Adams didn't push me down, but instead he picked me up and believed in me to keep going. He set me up with my apprenticeship knowing he had faith in me. Matt was in inspiring coach through my apprenticeship knowing he could answer all the questions I throw his way, no matter how dumb the question may of been. Matt Adams wasn't just a Fabricator he was a teacher at heart, and someone I could trust. This was great to get me through the book work that if wasn't for him I probably still be looking blankly at those pages. Matt Adams is a man who helped me every single day and set me up with my career for life.
