Since I got into printing as a machine operator packer, while I was a packer for 10 years I learnt alot of the printing process by Mathew and other fitting staff at that time. After 10 years an opportunity for a fitting roll and an apprenticeship program with competent. Mathew encouraged me to apply and become qualified as a printer, I was very hesitant to study at my age. But his encouragement and support has got me to almost complete my 4 year cause. I really thank him for helping me along the way of my course and sharing his in-depth knowledge with me. I know Over the course of his employment he has helped many before me to finish an apprenticeship including my younger brother before I started. He has also previously helped be part of competenz skills industry, he is featured in one of the workbooks. So thanks for letting me share the story of Matthew Goodall my boss.
