Whether it’s problem-solving on the floor, encouraging new ideas, or guiding others through challenges, Darren’s calm and positive approach always inspires confidence.Honestly, I don’t know how Darren manages to make the time to help everyone and still be present at every meeting but he does it. His commitment and energy never seem to run out, and that inspires me and everyone.There’s one thing about Darren he’s always finding something to celebrate, no matter how small.
