Darcy helps me become a better machinist every day by sharing his knowledge and experience. He teaches me valuable life skills, supports me with my paperwork, and always takes the time to guide me in the right way, Darcy being a younger qualified tradesman understand what it's like for us young apprentices as he has recently been in the same place we are and it helps us to learn things in ways we understand.
