I’ll never forget when I had to return to the Philippines because my visa wasn’t granted. While everything was uncertain, Eddie Sundar waited for me for 3 months and kept my position open. That support meant everything.Since then, he’s encouraged me to study Mechanical Engineering, checks on my progress, and always asks, “What do you need? How can we help you?” He treats me not just as an employee, but as family.Every Friday he trains me in welding and cutting — and he even bought a new set of tools for us to use. He always reminds me I don’t need to wait for Friday; if I need help, he’s there.I’m truly grateful for a leader who invests in people and lifts them up.
