Gerry has guided me with patience, respect and encouragement.When things get tough, I'll admit sometimes we disagree and I'll say " Thats it, Im not doing it anymore, im giving up" Somehow He always finds a way to calm, get smiling, and moving forward. He believes in my abilities and pushes me to keep improving every day.He goes above and beyond not only keep the the team running smoothly but also caring for people wellbeing as a first aider.
