MVC 2025 Finalists Selection

I believe Russel should win the mvc award bc he manages all 15 apprenticeships in our company. Including putting through all our evidence into the system goes through all our units and paperwork and does all the background work to get everything signed off. Stays late every Tuesday unpaid for 4 hours to tutor and help us with our paperwork. And all that with the biggest smile on his face and is always always happy to help and support us he is amazing and a live saver. And he is always trying to find way to improve how our apprenticeships work and make our lives easier.
