When he asked me to join his team i spent way to long thinking about it as it was a bit of a trade shake up for me in my early 30’s but my only regret is not doing it sooner. He has been a mate for years but i never thought that working for him would be quite this good. He has such a wealth of knowledge and is so patient with everyone. He lets your own creativity come into your work and only steps in when he thinks he needs to. Otherwise he will be happy to help when asked for his opinion. He has a great sense of humour and is one of the most reasonable people ive ever met. So when he offered for me to do this apprenticeship i jumped at it because i wasn’t going to waste time thinking about it. Always keen to help even though he has a whole team of people at different skill levels and a massive clientele base he looks after. Im so glad he offered me to join and I've never looked back. Should have done it years ago.
