I was lucky enough that when I showed an interest in getting out from behind the computer in the office and out into the workshop that Adam was only too happy to teach me anything I wanted to learn and took the time to let me shadow him in the workshop, teaching me many skills as he went, welding, lathing, key cutting, hydraulic ram reseals, hes always taken the time to let me learn at my own pace and answer my many questions even tho hes very busy with multiple staff at different skill levels requiring him throughout the day and getting work out himself. Hes always shown patience and nothing is ever a problem. If it wasn't for Adam I dont feel like I ever would have started learning about engineering or finding a love in figuring out how things work, and the satisfaction of taking something old a broken and making it work again.
