When I struggled in my training, he didn’t just give me the answers — he explained, guided, and encouraged me until I gained confidence. He has a way of turning challenges into learning opportunities, keeping morale high with patience, humility, and humor. His support has had a lasting impact on my journey, which is why he truly deserves this award.
