My coach Cliff McNeil has been the best mentor who consistently guided me through and support through his patience and genuinely helpful nature. He's given me the best training advice, briefly explaining each jobs we do and most importantly how and why to do it safely, setting up jobs that's relevant to my apprenticeship and set up my trainings with other tradesman to get more knowledge and experience. Always take his time to answer any questions and encourage me to ask many questions, always taking his time to check my working progress, check my wellbeing and gives honest feedback. His willingness to help me through tough challenges has made a difference in my confidence and learning growth, he creates a great learning environment where it feels safe and supported which makes me excited to turn up to work everyday. I truly believe he deserves to win the Most Valuable Coach Award because of his patience and dedication have inspired me everyday.
