When I first joined NME, I had changed companies and moved cities to get more exposure and experience doing large commercial HVAC contracts. I was about 9 months behind on paperwork and my motivation to complete work was low. Brendon at NME helps manage the apprentices for both MBS and Refrigeration. He single handedly gave me purpose and motivation to not only turn my paperwork side of things around, but also hold myself to high standards and take pride in my work. He does this for other apprentices as well, motivates them to do better and makes them see value in themselves to push them to do well, both inside and outside of work. When you have personal issues outside of work going on, he is always there for you as well and does everything he can to insure the well-being of his workers on site
