- Apply knowledge of the physical characteristics of wood to ensure timber product quality.
Graduates of the Finger Jointing strand will also to:
- Apply knowledge of manufacturing processes, glue use, key performance indicators, and market and quality requirements specific to finger jointing operations.
- Measure moisture content of wood products and clean engineered wood product equipment.
