Graduates of this qualification will be able to:

- Manage health and safety systems within a forestry or harvesting operational team.
- Carry out safe behavioural audits within a forestry or harvesting operation
Graduates of the Harvesting strand will also be able to:
- Apply knowledge of environmental management and landing management to work in a forest harvesting operation.
