Brief Job Description

As a Steel Fabrication Apprentice (2nd or 3rd Year), you'll work alongside an experienced fabricator and welder on a range of structural steel and custom fabrication projects. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include assisting with fabrication and welding, preparing and assembling steel components, reading and interpreting drawings, helping with workshop tasks, and supporting on-site installations when required.

This role offers hands-on experience across both workshop and site-based work, giving you exposure to structural steel fabrication, MIG welding, fitting, assembly, safe work practices, and installation techniques. As your skills develop, you'll be given increasing responsibility and opportunities to work more independently.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build their trade experience, work on a variety of custom projects, and gain practical skills.
