As an Apprentice Metal Fabricator, you will assist with the fabrication and installation of custom metalwork using materials such as stainless steel, mild steel, aluminium, brass, and Corten. Your day-to-day tasks will include measuring, cutting, forming, welding, grinding, and assembling components in the workshop, as well as supporting on-site installations.
You will develop practical fabrication and welding skills, learn the safe use of tools and machinery, and gain experience working from drawings and specifications while training alongside experienced fabricators in a supportive team environment.

Weâre looking for someone who is reliable, punctual, and keen to learn. You should have a good attitude, be willing to take instruction, and take pride in doing things properly. A practical mindset, basic maths skills, and an interest in working with your hands are important.
Youâll need to be a team player who can also work independently when required, follow health and safety requirements, and show up ready to work each day. A strong work ethic and willingness to learn matter more than previous experience.
