Learners: What if I missed the deadline to confirm eligibility for first-year Fees Free?

The deadline to confirm eligibility for first-year Fees Free was 31 December 2025, and this has now passed. If you did not submit a complete and signed statutory declaration to TEC by this date, you are no longer eligible for first-year Fees Free.
