About the Opportunity

Mō Te Huarahi  

Start as our Driver / Site Support and grow from there. You'll be out and about across Auckland delivering gear to our crews, getting hands-on experience, and learning the ropes on active construction sites. If you show the right attitude, reliability, and work ethic – you’ll be on track to start an apprenticeship with us in Heavy Steel Fabrication.

About You

No experience

You’ll need: ✅ A full, clean Class 1 licence ✅ Good communication skills – we like people who pick up the phone ✅ Decent fitness and a willingness to work hard ✅ A positive attitude and hunger to learn ✅ To be based on the North Shore or in West Auckland (trust us on the traffic thing)

Bonus if you’ve already: 🔨 Worked around construction or trades 📱 Used a phone to actually talk to people 🧰 Got a bit of tool knowledge or steel experience
